i-am-chen, now ‘zhii-chen’, is a contemporary womens knitwear label based in Shanghai, China. Within the year of launching of her collection designer, Chen Zhi, was the winner of the Lodz Young Fashion Award and was a receive of the Ones to Watch program under Fashion Scout London, which awarded her with a London Fashion Week Launch. In a short time, Chen also made it to the finals of the International Woolmark Prize in 2019, and has over 50 stockists globally including Lane Crawford, Browns, Farfetch and Machine-A. Under the strategy program, Forward Collectived assisted in the brand’s business model development and established its wholesale readiness.
